• Neatly assemble your package. Make sure you adequately tape the package to ensure it does not open while in transit.
• Place your UPS sticker onto the package.
• If your name is not included on the label, write it down with U.S. address.
• Complete a sample (Custom Declaration CN23) with the following information:
  • -Shipper's name, address, and telephone number.
  • -Recipient's name, address, phone number and email.
  • -Fill in the portion that lists the items contained in the package and state how many of each I them there are. If an item is not listed, write it in to the side.
  • -Check what form of transport you prefer (Air or sea)
  • -Declare the total value of your package (All packages insured for AT LEAST $100 dollars).
• Place the completed customs declaration (or a letter containing the above information) in an envolope and secure to your package.
• Once you have completed these steps, take your package to the nearest UPS office. No payment is required from you at this point.
• When Roxolana receives your package you will be notified of the total shipping cost by phone and by mail. You will also receive a copy of an official customs declaration and an invoice in the mail.
