• Each package is accompanied by a customs declaration CN23.
• The filling of customs declaration, CN23, is particularly important as customs clearance and delivering a parcel in a timely manner depend on it. The content of the parcel must be described on the customs declaration in details as follows: the list of items with the quantity and cost of each item specified herein. It is prohibited to list items in declarations by means of general wordings (for instance: used items , etc.). 

• There is no import duty on goods shipped in one package from one sender to one consignee in Ukraine if the goods are of no commercial character, the total value does not exceede the amount equivalent to 150 EUR and the weight does not excede 50 kg. It is permited to send food packed by a manufacturer if a gross weight does not excede 10 kg in one dispatch (but not more than 2 kg. of one food type).

• Maximum weight of a parcel - 30 kg.
• It is permited to send two parcels to one recipient of total value up to 200 EURwithout paying import duties in one shipment.
• It is forbidden to send drugs, dietary supplements (biologically active additives).

• Maximum weight of a parcel - 30 kg.
• It is permited to send two parcels to one recipient of total value up to 100 EUR without paying import duties per month.
• Phones, plants, medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements, food products are forbidden for shipping

• It is permited to send in the international parcels from one sender to one recipient in Russia items of personal use or goods that have no commercial character of total value (sent within a week) not exceeding the amount equivalent to 200 Euro and of total weight up to 30 kg without paying import duties.
• It is not permitted to send food, medicines, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.
• If you use our economy service which is in cooperation with Russian Postal service, maximum value per recipient is $1000.

• It is permited to send no more than two parcels per recipient in one shipment of total value no more than $1000 without paying import duties (the value of USD 1000 includes the cost of transporting packages provided the goods are not in commercial quantities).
